"Grand" is homophonic with "觀德" in Chinese, meaning 'show the completeness of the archer's virtue', which is derived from an ancient classic "Jizhu of Analects of Confucius", written by the Song dynasty neo-Confucian scholar Zhu Xi (1130AD~1200AD). This name is intended to inspire students to become more well-rounded individuals through the practice of archery.

'Grand Archery' is a certified club by the Archery Ontario Association (https://archeryontario.ca). The club primarily focuses on providing Olympic Recurve Archery lessons and organizing archery games.

We do not enforce charging fees for multiple classes at once. This ensures that each student attends classes out of their internal motivation rather than solely because they have paid. As a result, we guarantee that Guande Archery is a positive and uplifting team.

“观德”与英文'Grand'谐音，语出南宋大儒朱熹（1130AD～1200AD）所著《论语集注》中‘射以观德’。以此为名，希冀学员能通过射箭的修炼成为更加完善的人。

'观德射箭'是安省射箭协会(https://archeryontario.ca)认证俱乐部。主要开展奥林匹克反曲弓教学和射箭游戏活动。

我们不一次性收取多节课费用。这样每个学员都是因为内发的动力才坚持上课，而不是因为付费了才来。由此，保证了观德射箭是一个积极向上的团队。
